We strive to ship within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. We inspect the goods before delivering it to you. Therefore we might take a day or two longer. This is to ensure that we ship the product to you correctly and in the best condition. We hope that you understand if there are delays to your order.
We have partnerships with the manufacturers of the products that we sell
and we source our products from their warehouses directly. Depending on
the location of the product you ordered, the package may ship from within
the United States or from outside of the country. Due to reasons we cannot control such as natural disasters and unforeseen delays, the package might take longer than 2 weeks to arrive - though most of the days it does not.
We ship your order through ePacket or other shipment companies which is more effective and faster depending on where your order is coming from. Please inform us with your order number and a picture if your order comes damaged and we will do our best to rectify or refund it. If you order multiple products, it may come separately due to it being from different warehouses.
Most products takes around 1 to 2 weeks to reach our customers depending on which warehouse it came from. Sometimes, it may take longer for products which are high in demand. We apologize for the delay (if any) and hope for your understanding on the matter.
We ship only within the United States and to some countries around the world. If your country is not in the list of the countries that we ship to during checkout, please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact us form. We hope to expand our business to other countries in the future.
You can return products that you received if it is damaged upon delivery. Please return the product within 30 days of receiving the product. You cannot return product if it does not fit you because you ordered the wrong sized product. For any changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. Please take a picture of the product with the shipping label visible before you send it back to us and contact us with the picture taken via our contact form. We will reply you as soon as possible. We 100% guarantee a refund or a reshipment if the product that you ordered is not satisfactory due to a mistake on our part.
Sending as a gift? No problem. Just put "Sending as a gift" under additional information when you checkout and put the address of the receipient as normal and we will deliver it straight to the receipient.
